HBDI Assessment: What I really Am!

HERRMANN BRAIN DOMINANCE INSTRUMENT DATA SUMMARY......

This is an assessment that shows who I really am and how does my brain work. This shows that my brain is more inclined towards the B and C quadrant and less inclined towards quadrant A and D.

As the picture shows that in quadrant C, I am more of an emotional, musical, spiritual, symbolic, intuitive, talker and reader as a person. I think I will use these skills in my BQ challenge while contributing to my team. I think I can talk and convey very well. I can convince the person in my favor. This would help me to deliver a good presentation on the final day. It is also true that I am a musical person since the past 9 years. This would help me to indulge in creativity in the ESP 103 class. The Quadrant B shows that I am also more of a conservative, controlled, sequential, detailed, dominant, speaker and reader as a person. I feel these qualities are true as I like to lead a perfectly organized life. Where everything is where it is meant to be. Quadrant B mentions that I am a sequential and a detailed kind of person which is true because in every situation, I try to do everything is step by step basis. Also, first I try to gather as much as information possible about the topic and after examining the situation, I take the necessary step. I feel all these qualities would help me to achieve my goals in future. Also, I would contribute to my team by doing all the tasks in a more controlled manner. A quality which isn’t mentioned in this assessment is that, being a good speaker, I am a good listener too. I listen first and then speak. In my business 101 class, I got to know that my preference code which 2112 is the rarest amongst all the other codes shown in the class.

All these things conclude how my brain works, and hopefully I will use these qualities for the greater good of people and for achieving my goals in the future.
