21-Days habit tracking

Recently I was undergoing a lot of stress due to my college life. I wasn’t getting time for myself as I was under the burden of exams and assignments. One night I was trying to sleep for like 1 hour, but I couldn’t. Then I decided to do something productive! Guess what did I do? I decided to do something which could help release my stress and make me forget about all the assignments and worries. I wanted to escape from the reality for a little bit. That’s when my passion for music comes into play. I took out my guitar after a long break. I set the strings on tune. Since my roommate was sleeping, I went out to the kitchenette and started playing my guitar and singing along with it. I realized that it had been a long time since I last played my guitar. It felt so good to play all the songs I used to play during my high school. I had a feeling for Nostalgia when I was playing my guitar. On that day, I decided that I will take out time every day and play my guitar even if it’s just for 15 minutes. It’s been approximately a month since then and I have been doing this activity every day. It helps me to reduce stress and helps me to get away from every day’s work for some time. Since then, no matter what happened, I didn’t miss a chance to take out time and play guitar for a while even if it’s in the middle of the night. Meanwhile while playing guitar, I also covered some new songs watching on YouTube. I continue to do it every day.

Along with this habit I also started to read some smart quotes every day. There is page on Instagram called ProTipJar. This page posts motivational, smart quotes every day and it’s a good way to start a day by reading some quotes like these learning something new from it.
