Empathy Mapping

I observed this person who is very different from me in a lot of aspects. This person works in Garden Commons dining hall located behind Farmer School of Business. I couldn’t go and ask him to click a picture as I was too afraid to that but, I managed to get some information about him through his colleagues. This person was suffering from some disease (even his colleagues didn’t know the exact name). He is a full-time employee. I would not like to disclose his name for obvious reasons. Let’s have a look at the empathy mapping which would help understand a little more.
