Journey Mapping and Mind Mapping

Mind Mapping....... At 3 am, when a lazy person (like me) is sleeping and wakes up from sleep because he wants to go and take a piss. What are the thoughts that will come in the mind of that person? Come lets see….

Journey Mapping........ I have made a journey map with viewpoint of a customer who is a businessman himself. So, the scenario is, he is struggling with his business currently as the new products which he is launching in the market are not getting good reviews. He wonders about the possible causes of this problem and its solutions. For that, he goes to a research agency and tells them about the problem he is going through. He gives them the contract to determine the causes and multiple solutions to this problem. The research agency does the necessary research in a week and gives him various proposals to implement in order to solve the businessman’s problem.
